Organic, as they are the same recipe as my Bolivia 70% bars. These make an easy size and shape to enjoy just a few pieces. I love snacking on them, great for sneaking into the theatre. keep in your purse (on cool days) or in your desk drawer for that mid day pick-me-up. Also consider their use as chocolate chips for baking into cakes or muffins.
