Two new bars released into the wild!

A major announcement (for me) I'm very excited that after the creation and testing of two new bars I'm happy to report to you that they are now available in limited quantities to you.

Bar One - Cabarnet - 65% Dominican cacao from the Zorzal collective. This small batch (90 bars max) was infused with TWO bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon over a period of several days and then ground with sugar for 24 hours, tempered late at night like any good wine and sprinkled with Cabernet Sauvignon infused sea salt. I call this beauty "Lusting after the redhead".  It's so delicious I doubt it'll last long.

Bar Two - Sour Cherry - I love sour cherries. I will buy just about any bar that has dark chocolate and dried cherries in it. So I had to make my own. A trip to whole foods for some dried sour cherries and a little experimentation, I now have my own creation. This 70% Dominican Zorzal plantation dark chocolate with sour cherries is amazing.
