Shipping policy

Pollinator Chocolate ships orders through the United Parcel Service (UPS) for premium delivery, and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes unless specifically requested.

In the warm months (typically June to September), we will be shipping our chocolate with expedited shipping and cold packs to prevent melting. The extra cost is reflected at checkout for the additional precautions we take to get everything to you as best as possible. 

Lastly, we only ship Monday or Tuesday (during summer months) to make sure that your chocolates are not sitting in a warm warehouse or truck somewhere.
