Make Your Own Chocolate Bars

Do you dream of making your own chocolate bars? We do, every day. Join chocolate maker Mark Burrows to create three chocolate bars of your making. This class will teach you about how chocolate needs to be handled, piping into the molds and adding your flavors to the bars. While the chocolate is setting up, you'll design the labels for the packaging and then we'll then sit at the bar and discuss flavor and taste even more chocolate. Preferably with a glass of wine (not included with price). lass lasts 90 minutes, maximum 6ppl per session. $65 per person, includes $5 gift certificate for you to use in shop.
