Make Your Own Bonbons

Do you dream of making your own bonbons?? We do. Join us in our dream to create 18 bonbons of your design. This class will teach you about how chocolate needs to be handled, piping into the molds and adding your colors to the bonbons. While the chocolate is setting up, we'll then sit at the bar and discuss flavor and taste even more chocolate. Preferably with a glass of wine (not included with price). class lasts 3 hours, maximum 6ppl per session. $125 per person. Contact the shop at 970-340-4608 to make your reservation. Ages 7+.
